It is vitally important to have your documentation ready to go when we find the perfect home. A 10-minute conversation with a lender will get you started on the right foot. After that, we can start looking at homes and narrowing our options. When we go under contract, your lender will require a number of documents to start the loan process. These documents might include the following:

• Bank Account statements
• Credit card statements
• Auto loans
• Recent pay stubs
• Tax returns for two years
• 401K statements, life insurance, and other financial statements
